What to bring:

Models, dice, ASOIAF terrain and walls, and measuring bits and objectives cards, tactics deck and board, dice, tokens and mission cards.

Models do not need to be painted.

Terrain 

Player chosen terrain will be in use at this event.

List lock is the 25 july at 22:59.

Timetable of the day 

Open and Register at 9:00 

Round 1 9:15 – 11:15 (A Game of thrones) 

Round 2 11:30-13:30 (A clash of Kings) Lunch 13.30 -14:15

 Round 3 14:15-16:15 (The winds of Winter) Prizes/awards 16:15 

Pack up and out by 17:00

Awards 

1st, 2nd, 3rd 

Best painted army chosen by the staff member of battlefield hobbies on the day.

Armies to be laid out during lunch.

The Reek Award to the bottom player with 3 complete games.

Food and drink 

Lunch will not be provided on the day but battlefield hobbies sells a nice range of snacks and drinks that will be served all day.

There is a McDonald’s at the next roundabout along.

Also there is a petrol station 5 minute walk from the venue which contains a Greggs and subway. 

Packed lunch is absolutely fine to bring with you, the venue has a fridge you can use.
