Create stunning, realistic bases for your miniatures with Base Ready Slate Chippings (Mixed). This custom hand-mixed mixture of slate chippings in a variety of sizes and colours is perfect for recreating the rocky terrain of a mountain range, a ruined city, or a forgotten temple.
Base Ready Slate Chippings (Mixed) is incredibly easy to use. Simply apply a coat of Fast Drying Basing Glue to your miniature’s base, then sprinkle or dip into the Base Ready. You can also use your fingers to press the Base Ready into place to create different textures. Once you’re satisfied with the result, simply finish with a spray of Sealant.
Base Ready Slate Chippings (Mixed) is perfect for a variety of miniature wargames and Tabletop games, as well as model railroading and other hobby projects. It’s also a great way to add detail and realism to your miniatures, whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned hobbyist.
It is easily glued down with PVA glue.

There are however a number of products that we stock that are either bulky or deemed hazardous by the Royal Mail.
What constitutes a bulky item shall be at Battlefield Hobbies Limited’s discretion, hazardous items are those deemed so by the Royal Mail. For these types of items we have to use a courier service and in this case the cost will vary depending on size and weight etc.

Cancellation and Returns
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Battlefield Hobbies, you can return your items for a full refund within 7 days of the original delivery date. The items must be in its original packaging, unopened and unused in any way.
